General Policies

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT POLICY

- Reception: 09:00 AM to 6:00 PM

- Check-in: 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM

You can check in until 11:00 PM; please inform us in advance about your expected arrival time.

- Check-out: until 11:00 AM

Late check-out is possible until 12:00 PM at no extra cost, subject to AVUS M availability.

OPERATING POLICY

- Smoking inside the building is strictly PROHIBITED.

- Respect quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM in both common areas (indoors and outdoors) and within the accommodations.

- Parties and additional guests beyond those included in the reservation are not allowed.

- Do not leave trash in common areas.

- In case of non-compliance, DA 'HOME reserves the right to cancel the reservation immediately, resulting in the guests' departure without a refund.

No pets are allowed except for guide dogs.
